Dr. Gevorkian is well-known ad distinguished visiting professor and lecturer in advanced solar photovoltaic and alternative energy power production who has conducted numerous seminars and lectures worldwide. Over his career spanning nearly 40 years,

Dr. Gevorkian has received numerous honors and awards and contributed numerous technology innovations in solar power, process control and automation systems.

Dr. Gevorkian holds a B.SCE (Honors) in electrical engineering, an M.S. in computer science, and a PhD in electrical engineering. His expertise lies in renewable energy sources such as solar power, fuel cells, and micro-turbine cogeneration. He has designed more than 250 MW of photovoltaic systems for healthcare, aviation, and regional utility companies across the country. Dr. Gevorkian is an active member of the Canadian and California Professional Engineers, California society of Energy Engineers.

Clark is an internationally recognized and expert, author, lecturer, public speaker and consultant on global and local solutions to climate change. His core advocacy is in the economics for smart green communities. During the 1990s he was Manager of Strategic Planning for Technology Transfer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) with the University of California and the U.S. Department of Energy. While at LLNL he served as one of the contributing scientists and experts for the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which was awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. He chaired the first Research Team for the UN FCCC.


He has been expert consultant for climate change from governments and businesses, using public policy, science and technology, and their economics and finance methods. In 2004 Dr. Clark founded, Clark Strategic Partners (CSP), a global environmental and renewable energy consulting firm using his political-economic expertise to guide, advise and implement public and private projects advancing sustainable, smart communities as well as colleges and universities, shopping malls, office buildings and film studios.

Mr. Asatoorian expertise is in the area of start-ups and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged transactions, joint ventures and strategic business combinations, corporate finance, and corporate restructuring transactions. Mr. Asatoorian worked as General Counsel and Advisor for a leading, venture-backed Robotics Company, which was acquired by iRobot at the end of 2012. Mr Asatoorian also served as counsel for game development and related services companies. He worked as lead counsel to publicly-held and private companies on various aspects of their domestic and cross-border business activities and arrangements, including acquisitions, corporate matters, joint ventures, and licensing transactions. Additionally, he has served various clients with domestic and international distribution of goods and services and acts as primary counsel to publicly-held and private companies in connection with general business and corporate matters, including financing transactions, corporate governance and commercial transactions.
